ABOUT ARAVEL
A little about the person behind the space.
Because therapy begins with a relationship — and knowing who you're sitting with matters.
Hi, I’m Kanchan Panjwani, the founder of Aravel.
Where I am at life - I am at a process of setting up my own practice. I am currently studying psychology and I’m a trainee therapist and a trainee expressive arts practitioner.
I have always been passionate about how psychology behind relationships work. I built Aravel because I believe exploring oneself and building awareness for self is essential journey to heal.
Outside of my practice, I am grounded by the simple routines that nourish the subconscious mind like morning walks in nature, personal self-care, and creative expression. I bring this same calm, positive, and gentle energy into our shared space.
MY APPROACH
There is no one way to heal.
I blend Gestalt Therapy and Expressive Arts. Insight that remains purely cognitive rarely changes behavior, it is the insight you feel in your body that creates lasting transformation.
In our sessions, we focus on the here and now. Your past experiences and future worries are explored through how they show up in your present life, in your conflicts, in your silences, and in the recurring patterns you wish to break. Through art and somatic awareness, we take a deliberate pause to process emotions deeply before proceeding forward.
As a trainee therapist and expressive arts practitioner, every session I conduct is under clinical supervision. This ensures you receive carefully reviewed, high-standard care at a fraction of standard therapy rates in Delhi.
You deserve a space where you can just be.
And if Aravel feels like that space for you, I'd be honoured to begin the conversation.
